WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING OR APPROVING RENTALS / INVESTMENT OWNERS AT THIS TIME. Owners must live on the property as their primary residence. Family cannot live in the unit in place of the owner.

Violators are subject to a $5,000.00 fine and removal of all vehicles from the property without warning. 

This policy is strictly enforced.
